Shipping Policy
Most of our orders are shipped out within 2 working days after receipt of your
order. All orders will be shipped via UPS
Ground unless otherwise requested (see special
delivery below). Delivery is normally within 3 to 10 business days.
Holiday seasons can sometimes extend delivery times. However,
we always strive our best to ship your order as fast and accurately as possible.
Currently, shipping charges are based on the dollar amount
of the order.
Our delivery area is limited to the continental
United States.
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have
regarding your order. Please email our store or call during the hours of
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Order Size
There is no minimum order size.
Back Orders
Occasionally, stock shortages may occur due to unexpected demand of a product.
Back orders are usually filled within thirty days. On occasion, stock
coming in from overseas may take from 60 to 90 days. You may cancel your
order at any time by email or by calling our office at 1-877-208-4298. In
some cases, arrangements can be made to have back orders drop shipped from the
supplier with an additional handling charge.
Special Delivery Orders
We provide UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipments at the request of our customers. All
special delivery orders incur shipping
charges based on the weight of the entire order and must be made via phone.
