Most orders are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of your
order. All orders will be shipped via UPS
Ground unless otherwise requested (see special
delivery below). Delivery is normally within 3 to 10 business days.
Holiday seasons can sometimes extend delivery times. However, we always strive
our best to ship your order as fast and accurately as possible.
Currently, shipping charges are based on
the dollar amount of the order for US delivery. Please see our shipping cost schedule
below. Heavy & long items (such as clamps) and large orders may
require additional shipping charges and will be quoted separately. Please
process your order on the web and we will "back charge" your account for the
difference when the shipment is ready.
For international delivery, We
charge $5 to cover handling costs plus the actual cost of shipping. We typically use U.S.P.S.
Priority Mail or (First Class Mail to Canada and Mexico for packages under 4
pounds) for the lowest
cost delivery. Please process your order on the web and we will "back
charge" your account for the difference when the shipment is ready.

Order Size
There is no minimum order size on US or International
orders.
Back Orders
Occasionally, stock shortages may occur due to unexpected demand for a product.
Back orders are usually filled within thirty days. On occasion, stock
coming in from overseas may take from 60 to 90 days. You may cancel your
order at any time by email or by calling our office at 1-877-208-4298. In
some cases, arrangements can be made to have back orders drop shipped from the
supplier with an additional handling charge.
Special Delivery Orders
We provide UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipments at
the request of our customers. All special delivery orders incur a $5
handling charge plus shipping
charges based on the weight of the entire order. Place your request in the
comment box during the web site checkout or by calling our office at
1-877-208-4298. Please process your order on the web and we will "back charge"
your account for the difference when the shipment is ready.
