The combination square is truly a multipurpose tool used as a try square, level, depth gauge as well as a scriber. The 12 inch stainless steel ruler is a full 1/10 inch thick with easy-to-read etched in markings on both sides. The cast iron head is equipped with a level and a hardened steel scribing pin. The squareness is guaranteed over the length of the blade. It is manufactured by Kristeel-Shinwa, an ISO-9002 company in India which abides by precise European standards.
