Rosewood & Brass Marking/Slitting Gauge

This Rosewood & Brass Marking/Slitting Gauge is made from rosewood with brass wear plates and a heavy knurled brass locking knob. It has a high carbon steel marking/slitting cutter. The cutter is beveled on the outside and ground with a sweded edge.. It can mark a line or slit thin material up to 6˝. The body is 2-1/4;˝ x 2-3/8˝ x 1-16˝.
